In this video, we'll create a quotation for a project using a work breakdown structure to see how to create a work breakdown structure.

See the link in the video description. So we'll create a new quotation through the main menu by going to project management and accounting quotations.

New project quotation. Here we can specify whether it's for an existing customer or prospect, so we'll enter our customer.

And here we can change the currency. We can enter additional delivery and administration details and we can also specify a predefined template if we desire.

And here we have our project quotation created. Details can be seen in the header and amended if necessary.

And we can now create our lines entering details of the proposed project, timing, duration of the activity, and the resources that are required. Alternatively, we can import a work breakdown structure.
