As Microsoft’s partner in the manufacturing vertical, ANEGIS smart factory solutions were involved at this month’s Microsoft Partner Strategy Conference (Lodz, October 9-10).
This award is given to the most forward-looking organisations whose innovations enhance the Polish economy and the potential of companies. The awards were presented during the 6th Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship, which took place in Poznań on September 24-25, 2018.
The conference saw the premier of Microsoft’s Factory of the Future initiative which aims to accelerate digital transformation in the production sector. The head of industry solutions at Microsoft Poland, Jarosław Zarychta, introduced the initiative and outlined the elements of Microsoft’s vision.
For Microsoft, the factory of the future is a complex ecosystem of self-regulating machines and processes, capable of adapting performance, optimising the allocation of resources and offering a seamless interface between the physical and virtual world of design, assembly and production.
Zarychta highlighted the important role of its partners in advancing smart factory technology, particularly the expertise of ANEGIS in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning (ERP), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Azure cloud.
